Tracked Return
Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on using the Royal Mail Track Return service.Â
Drop Off or Collection
Instruments can be dropped off at your local post office/sorting office or collected via the Royal Mail Track Return service. Your instrument will arrive back with us the next working day, to return to you within 72 hours from receipt. With a turnaround of 3-5 days.Â

When your instrument is ready to be returned, our administration team will notify you via email with your tracking number.
