Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from sales@recal.biz, here you will find the details of your purchase, with a link to create your return label via our courier partner, Royal Mail, you may want to check your Junk Mail if the confirmation doesn't arrive within 10-15 minutes. You will need to enter your order number sent to you via your confirmation email, this will have the prefix RCOL, followed by ``-`` and either a 4 or 5 digit number, for example, ``RCOL-12345`` Please make sure this is entered in order to create you returns label. Once created, you can then book a free collection from your location or drop off at your local Post Office. Arrival Back at Re-CAL

Returned back within 72 hours

From the moment your instrument is dropped off or collected via Royal Mail, we will aim to have your newly calibrated equipment arrive back with you within *72 hours.

*72 hours bases on a working week, Monday to Friday.
